Travel tips while in Uganda National Parks

Travelling to Uganda with a suitcase half full is advised – there are so many gorgeous and incredibly cheap crafts. Be aware that the craft markets in larger cities sell many imported crafts from across Africa, so where possible shop in local communities, where you can see the crafts being made.

Kampala outlets such as the Ndere Centre and Banana Boat also sell Ugandan crafts from around the country, and support local initiatives.
